Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media, Events & Promotions Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media efforts, events and promotions align with overall marketing goals and public relations initiatives.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Manage the website and webshop. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management.

Skills

A love and passion for plants and proven experience in public relations and social media management to equally enthuse the general public with this passion. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
