Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse social media metrics and adapt strategies to achieve our marketing goals.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and prepare reports on effectiveness and areas for improvement. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights is advantageous. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
