Social Media Content Creator - Visual & Design Specialist (B2B Focus)

What we do:

We're a busy, growing team working across a variety of B2B sectors--from engineering and construction to renewable energy and tech. We specialise in

LinkedIn

, but also manage our clients'

Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

presence. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires at least

2 years

of agency experience

. You'll be working closely with one of our content writers to bring ideas to life through eye-catching design and branded social posts.

What you'll be doing:

Creating polished, on-brand social media graphics for LinkedIn and other platforms Using tools like

Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, CapCut or Premiere Pro

Collaborating with our writer to visualise post and campaign ideas Managing visual content calendars and asset libraries Ensuring consistency of branding across different clients and platforms
Would be a bonus:

Photography or videography on client shoots (beneficial, not essential) Developing video content and editing clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & TikTok (beneficial, not essential)

We're looking for someone who:

Has a strong portfolio of

B2B social media visuals

Is confident designing content for platforms like

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Is fluent in design tools like

Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Has a great eye for layout, detail, colour, and brand consistency Can quickly adapt designs to suit different client voices and brand identities Works well with writers and loves bouncing around campaign ideas Can juggle multiple client accounts and deadlines with confidence Is comfortable working independently but enjoys being part of a close-knit team

Bonus points if you:

Have video editing or animation skills Are confident behind a camera or in a studio setting
