PHAT Buns is a rapidly expanding premium smash burger brand taking the UK by storm since 2019. With 17 successful locations across the UK and upcoming international expansion into the UAE, we're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Our brand is built on bold flavours, vibrant store designs, and a playful, energetic personality that resonates with our diverse customer base.

We're seeking a creative, food-obsessed Marketing Executive to help manage our social media presence, content creation, and marketing initiatives across PHAT Buns and our associated brands. The ideal candidate will understand our cheeky, bold brand voice and help us maintain our distinctive presence in a competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

: Schedule and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for multiple brands

Content Creation

: Develop moodboards and creative concepts, working closely with our in-house photographer and videographer

Campaign Execution

: Support the implementation of marketing campaigns including VIP PHAT Club events, scavenger hunts, and influencer partnerships

Community Engagement

: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build and maintain our loyal customer community

Local Marketing

: Assist with location-specific marketing initiatives, particularly for new store openings

Content Calendar

: Maintain and execute the daily organic content calendar.

Analytics & Reporting

: Monitor performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in food/hospitality or fast-growing consumer brands Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms, including content best practices and analytics Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content that drives engagement Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to our playful, bold brand voice Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and brands

Location

: Must be based in or able to commute to Leicester

Driving License

: Full UK driving license required for travel between locations

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with food photography/styling or working with food brands Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools Understanding of the UK social media landscapes Previous experience supporting new location launches or franchise businesses Video editing skills or TikTok content creation experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for content creation
