Social Media Executive
to join our team and help elevate our digital presence.
About the Role
We're looking for a social media creator who lives and breathes content. The ideal candidate understands what makes content engaging, what makes it shareable, and what makes it convert. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and emerging channels, creating compelling short-form video content and storytelling that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, high-performing social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Produce short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) aligned with trends, audience behaviour, and brand goals.
Plan and schedule content calendars and campaigns in advance.
Experiment with new formats, including TikTok Live or other live-selling opportunities (previous live-selling experience is a plus but not required).
Bring products to life through authentic storytelling and creative concepts.
Track competitor trends--particularly on TikTok Shop--and use insights to inspire new content ideas.
Edit and refine videos with attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.
Monitor analytics and adapt content strategies to maximise engagement and brand reach.
Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand alignment and campaign consistency.
Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating high-performing or viral social media content (portfolio or examples preferred).
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or Facebook Reels.
Confident content planner with ability to structure campaigns and create consistent posting schedules.
Creative storyteller with an authentic approach to content creation.
Comfortable being on camera for videos (bonus but not mandatory).
Strong trend awareness, especially within e-commerce and TikTok Shop.
Good understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Passionate about social media culture, viral trends, and brand-building.
Bonus Skills
Personal social media account featuring viral or high-performing content.
Experience within e-commerce or product-focused marketing.
