We're now looking for a
Social Media Marketing Executive

The Role:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's social media presence. You'll create engaging content, develop innovative campaigns, and enhance the visibility of both the company and our instructors. Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage all company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Develop and execute creative, high-quality content across multiple formats (written, visual, and video).
Work closely with the Content Manager to launch and optimise social media campaigns.
Support a selection of our driving instructors by managing their social media accounts and growing their local reach.
Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to refine content strategies.
Use social media management tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite to schedule and analyse content performance.
Report on key metrics and use data insights to improve engagement, reach, and return on investment (ROI).
Actively engage with our audience--responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate on paid media campaigns alongside external agencies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment.
Tools & Platforms:
Proficient in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools.
Creativity:
Strong content creation skills, including experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
Platform Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Analytical Mindset:
Ability to track, interpret, and leverage social media insights to drive performance.
Organisation & Adaptability:
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Collaboration & Communication:
A team player who can work across departments and engage effectively with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
