About the Role:

As a Social Media Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising social media campaigns while ensuring exceptional client service. You'll work closely with clients and the rest of our teams to develop strategies, manage content creation, and oversee the performance of multiple social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for social media clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.

Social Media Strategy

: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Content Creation & Curation

: Oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Project Management

: Utilise project management software to track campaigns, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.

Data & Performance Analysis

: Monitor and report on key social media metrics, optimising strategies for engagement and growth.

Creative Design Support

: Use of

Canva or Photoshop

and other design tools to create visually compelling content when needed.

Multi-Sector Adaptability

: Work across a variety of industries, crafting unique strategies tailored to each client's audience and goals.

About You:

Experience

: Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in an agency setting.

Highly Organised

: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Client-Focused

: Excellent communication and relationship management skills, ensuring clients receive top-tier service.

Creative & Strategic Thinker

: Able to craft compelling content while considering overarching marketing goals.

Technical Proficiency

: Experience with

Photoshop or Canva

, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.

Adaptability

: Comfortable working with brands across different industries, adjusting tone and strategy accordingly.
