About JE Consulting

JE Consulting are a marketing and PR agency based in Sutton Coldfield. Our team comprises 28 full time staff that provide services to clients which include, consultancy, marketing plan development, digital marketing, social media, web and e-marketing, graphic design, event management, direct mail and press relations.

Our client base comprises mainly B2B professional firms such as accountants, solicitors and finance. In addition, we work with businesses that operate in a wide range of business sectors.

This position will be diverse and the candidate needs to be agile, to support and crossover with other departments at JE Consulting, as required.

We are looking for a creative, organised and detail-oriented individual who isn't afraid to throw ideas into the mix. You'll be comfortable designing eye-catching social graphics (Canva skills are a must), writing compelling captions, editing short-form video, and managing day-to-day content plans across multiple clients. We're especially keen to find someone who lives and breathes social, from LinkedIn to TikTok, and keeps up with trends, formats and emerging features.

The day to day role includes:

Drafting social media captions for clients and our own SM platforms Creating social media graphics using Canva Posting blogs via WordPress and other CMS systems, daily Posting and scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite Managing clients' social media content plans, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept updated Handling new client onboarding - access social media channels for example Coordinating social media activity within the current / wider team and keeping client's digital plans updated Handling reports and monthly statistics for clients, on their social media channel performance Monitoring client's social media channels and auditing them Video editing using software such as WeVideo and CapCut
This role requires someone who can learn quickly and is self-motivated to improve their skills, with support from our experienced social media team.

Hybrid working will be offered, once fully trained.
