Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in digital marketing and be eager to learn and grow their skills within a professional environment.

Main duties:

1. Creating and posting content across multiple platforms (image, video, and written)

2. Capturing high-quality photo and video content of products, staff, vehicles, and customer installations

3. Planning and maintaining the social media content calendar

4. Writing captions, post copy, and occasional blog-style writeups

5. Responding to comments and DMs in line with the brand voice

6. Editing reels/shorts and repurposing content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar

7. Reporting performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and suggesting improvements

8. Brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns and product spotlights

9. Occasionally travelling to Kent (HQ) or customer sites to capture field footage and real-world product usage

Who We're Looking For:

1. Someone with experience managing social media accounts (either for a brand, agency, or personal project)

2. Strong understanding of platform trends, especially short-form video

3. Skilled in creating visually consistent, engaging content

4. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas to the table

5. Comfortable using design/editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe suite, etc.

6. Confident enough to visit worksites, record, and guide basic footage capture

7. Any experience in B2B or industrial/trade industries is a bonus

Essential Requirements:

Qualifications:

Marketing or related field A-Level or BTEC as a minimum. However, a degree in Marketing, Art, or a related field would be preferred.

Experience:

B2B, digital marketing or social media management experience required.
