We're looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join our Streak!

Tiger Marketing is a small but mighty full-service marketing agency with a heavy emphasis on digital communications, SEO, and creative marketing campaigns. We work with some truly ROARsome clients across the country and offer innovative and effective solutions.

The ideal Tiger to join our streak will have a flair for content creation, including writing copy and producing videos that engage and intrigue audiences. You will also have excellent English skills and exceptional knowledge of grammar. A positive can-do attitude and enthusiasm is a must for this role!

As part of a supportive team, you will work to monthly client deadlines to produce high-quality work that exemplifies the agency's understanding of consumer behaviour and social media habits. You will also keep up to date with trends and emerging opportunities to keep us on the cutting-edge of social media marketing.

Acute attention to detail, planning, multi-tasking and being highly organised will be essential to flourish in this ROARsome role - it is not for the fainthearted!

What you'll be doing:

Content Creation:

Design and produce engaging social media posts, stories, reels, videos that educate and inspire across platforms

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, monitor, optimise organic social media campaigns - including building content calendars

Social Media Management:

Manage posts and maintain a consistent brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc

Engagement:

Respond and engage with our audiences' questions, comments, and feedback across all platforms

Analytics & Reporting:

Compile regular reports, assess campaign data, identify social media trends, and provide insights to inform data-driven decisions

Strategy Support:

Assist in planning and executing social media strategies and marketing campaigns across various channels

Research & Innovation:

Proactively seek out new social media opportunities through research and staying up to date with industry trends.

What we need from you:

A genuine passion for social media, storytelling, and digital marketing Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences Experience with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (useful if experienced with PowerPoint and/or Keynote) Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow with the team A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths

We'd love someone who has:

An eye for design and aesthetics (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools experience is a plus) Previous experience managing personal or project social media accounts Attention to detail, both in crafting written copy and ensuring the visual quality of content is consistently high Proactive, self-motivated attitude and comfortable working independently while still thriving in a collaborative team environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively is essential A passion for learning new techniques and keeping up with industry trends
