Role Summary
As our
Social Media Marketing Manager
, you won't just manage platforms -- you'll be the digital voice of Bella Ling. You'll craft bold, compelling content strategies that engage, inspire, and convert. This role demands creative excellence, strategic insight, and relentless execution. You'll play a pivotal role in amplifying brand awareness, driving sales, and positioning Bella Ling as a leader in luxury sustainable fashion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Strategy & Execution
Lead the development and execution of a high-impact, multi-platform social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Align all content with brand campaigns, product launches, cultural trends, and business goals.
Use real-time performance data to drive innovation, engagement, and conversion -- nothing goes live without purpose.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Conceptualise and create captivating photo, video, and written content that reflects Bella Ling's tone: aspirational, editorial, and conscious.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (e.g., Reels and TikToks) that drive engagement and showcase new arrivals, styling tips, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, influencers, and in-house teams to bring the brand to life digitally.
Community Building & Influencer Engagement
Build and nurture an authentic, loyal community of followers and brand advocates.
Lead daily engagement -- respond to comments, DMs, and UGC to drive interaction and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify, vet, and manage partnerships with micro and macro influencers who align with Bella Ling's brand values and visual identity.
Analytics, Optimisation & Paid Campaigns
Track and analyse key performance metrics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, conversions.
Translate data into actionable insights and agile content adjustments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support paid social media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and drive ROI through targeted content.
What We're Looking For
2+ years
of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
A
killer portfolio
of content (especially Reels/TikToks) that shows range, creativity, and performance-driven thinking.
Strong copywriting skills with a brand-right tone -- elegant, confident, and aspirational.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Creator Tools.
Solid understanding of digital trends, platform algorithms, and the fast-evolving nature of fashion content.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, style-driven environment.
Passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, and sustainable luxury.
