We are a fast-growing, high-energy, creative company. We're now looking for a Digital Content & Social Commerce Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence -- someone who can create content, appear in content, plan strategy, drive social growth, produce ads, manage live selling, and execute marketing campaigns that generate sales and visibility.
Your Mission
To lead the brand's digital growth across all platforms.
You will manage social media, create content, appear in videos and live streams, support paid ads, update the website with visuals, direct creative campaigns, plan product launches, and ensure all digital activity works together to drive engagement and revenue.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, creative and commercial role that requires strong execution, planning, and confidence on camera.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business
Post high-quality content multiple times per day across platforms
Build structured weekly and monthly content plans
Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and storytelling
Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
Plan seasonal and promotional campaigns
Content Creation & On-Camera Performance
Appear confidently in videos, reels, ads, product demonstrations, and live streams
Film and edit short-form videos for all platforms
Produce natural UGC-style content that converts
Script and storyboard content for products, ads, and marketing campaigns
Organise shoots with models, staff, and customers
Capture lifestyle shots, B-roll, and product features
Live Selling & Social Commerce
Host daily or regular live streams to promote products and generate sales
Demonstrate features, answer questions, and maintain viewer engagement
Plan live show formats, promotional offers, bundles, and scripts
Track and improve live selling performance
Manage TikTok Shop listings, bundles, and promotions
Creative Direction & Strategy
Develop and execute monthly and weekly content calendars
Identify trends and opportunities for viral content
Pitch creative ideas and innovative formats
Direct visual brand identity and overall content direction
Ensure all content supports brand positioning and commercial goals
E-Commerce & Website Visuals
Upload product photos, videos, banners, and lifestyle content
Improve product pages with feature breakdown videos and fresh imagery
Add new product sections, comparison videos, FAQs, and supporting media
Suggest website improvements to increase conversion rates
Ensure the website remains visually strong and up-to-date
Customer Homes & Testimonials
Arrange customer home visits to film real-life sofa setups
Capture testimonial videos, lifestyle content, and sofa demonstrations
Encourage customers to send in UGC content, unboxings, and reviews
Edit and repurpose customer content for social media and product pages
Influencer & Collaboration Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers and home-decor creators
Organise partnership content, events, and product placements
Manage UGC creators who film at home
Run giveaways, competitions, and collaborative campaigns
Monitor creator performance and ROI
Analytics & Growth
Track weekly performance metrics across platforms
Analyse what content drives the most reach, engagement, and sales
Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
Produce weekly reports for the CEO/GM
Set and work toward monthly growth targets
Campaigns, Product Launches & Events
Plan and execute new product launches
Build hype campaigns, teasers, countdowns, and launch videos
Organise showroom events for company milestones and anniversaries
Host and plan live launch events across social platforms
Produce recap videos, highlight reels, and post-launch content
Team Collaboration
Work closely with models, the showroom team, warehouse team, and management
Plan filming days and coordinate shoot schedules
Guide staff members on how to appear well on camera
Align marketing activity with stock levels, promotions, and campaigns
Support the CEO with creative projects and brand initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Confident on camera and comfortable hosting live streams
Experienced in social media management, content creation, and short-form video
Strong understanding of trends, hooks, storytelling, and platform algorithms
Creative, commercial, and able to generate ideas that drive sales
Skilled in filming, editing, scripting, and producing content
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, content planning tools
Package
Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 (DOE)
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day after 2 years, capped at 25)
