On-site at Losh Bar & Grill (Harpenden, AL5) & Testi Restaurant (Hackney, London)

We own two award-winning restaurants:

Losh Bar & Grill (Harpenden):

a modern fine-dining venue, known for refined food, cocktails, live entertainment, and elegant ambience.

Testi Restaurant (Hackney):

a family-run Turkish restaurant with a 30+ year history, famous for its charcoal grill and rustic authenticity, currently being rebranded for a new era.
We are looking for a

creative, proactive content creator

who can capture the unique character of both restaurants and grow our presence across

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

Visit each restaurant 2-3 times per month to

capture content

(photo + video). Plan and produce short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) and polished photography. Edit content for each platform (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc). Work with owner/marketing lead (me) on

monthly content calendar

. Manage posting schedule using Meta Business Suite or similar tools. Keep up with

trends

and adapt them to restaurant content (e.g. food POVs, staff fun moments, behind-the-scenes). Ensure content matches each brand's

tone and audience

(refined for Losh, authentic/cultural for Testi).
Requirements

Proven experience creating content for

hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands

. Strong videography + photography skills (phone or camera). Quick editing skills for short-form video. Understanding of TikTok trends & Instagram aesthetics. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and pitch ideas. Based in or near London/Hertfordshire (easy access to both sites).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 300.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
