A unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to shape the social media strategy and delivery of a growing challenger in the skincare industry.

The role comes with plenty of autonomy and the ideal candidate will come with their own ideas and inspiration, ready to take the lead.

You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat etc. Set up and manage effective reporting processes on social media and campaign activity, whilst providing recommendations to meet objectives and KPIs. The ability to manage the content calendar and community management across social channels. Going live, producing content for TikTok and Instagram on a weekly basis Responsible for influencer outreach and collecting user-generated content Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Perform Social reporting, insight & analysis - Optimise internal and external social insights tools to measure performance as well as spot emerging trends for social brand activation Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies Working on community projects

You'll be a great candidate if:

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude. Experience in personally shooting social content and experience using social platforms Previous experience in Social Media roles. Fluent in English Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics is a plus You have a keen interest in Beauty/Skincare You're naturally creative with an ability to create fresh and original ideas
