Boneyard London | London-based (primarily in-person)
Boneyard London is the UK's fastest-growing school of blacksmithing and metalwork. Each year, we teach thousands of people the craft of forging metal through immersive experience days and hands-on workshops.
After rapid growth in our core teaching business, 2026 marks a major expansion year. We're launching new brands, entering new markets, and building something genuinely exciting at the intersection of craft, culture, and lifestyle.
What's Next for Boneyard
In 2026, we're expanding into:
Commercial Experience Days

Boneyard Grills

What We Need to See From You
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media -- someone ahead of trends, not chasing them.
Show us:
How you've built or scaled a brand (personal or commercial)
The strategy behind your work, not just the output
The results you achieved -- and what you learned along the way
Where things didn't go to plan, how you adapted, and how you kept momentum
We value curiosity, honesty, and consistency just as much as polish.
What We Offer
A chance to join a fast-growing brand in a booming lifestyle space
A hands-on role shaping brand identity and driving real commercial growth
The opportunity to help launch a premium BBQ/grills brand in 2026
Creative freedom in a collaborative, ambitious environment
Mostly in-person role, with flexibility for some remote work
Competitive salary with
performance-based bonuses
tied to agreed KPIs
Opportunities for travel to events, launches, and industry locations
Clear scope to grow the role -- and the team -- as the business expands
Since COVID, more people want to step away from screens, make things with their hands, and reclaim their time. That's what we enable -- and we're only just getting started.
If you want to build something meaningful, creative, and impactful, we'd love to hear from you.
