You'll sit at the intersection of

to ensure our brands show up consistently, creatively, and commercially across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Ownership & Strategy
Own the
day-to-day management
of all organic social channels (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
Plan and deliver
monthly content calendars
aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and commercial priorities
Ensure a consistent
tone of voice, visual identity, and storytelling
across all content
Monitor trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
Content Creation (Core Part of the Role)
Create, film, edit, and publish
high-quality content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static posts
Confidently work with
short-form video
, including shooting on mobile and editing (CapCut, native tools, or similar)
Capture behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, and educational content
Repurpose content strategically across platforms to maximise reach and performance
Influencer & Creator Collaboration
Support and collaborate with
influencers and creators
, from briefing to content delivery
Coordinate UGC and creator content to fit brand guidelines and social strategy
Be comfortable interacting directly with creators on shoots, events, and content days
Community Management
Act as the
authentic voice of the brand
across comments and DMs
Build and nurture a positive, engaged community
Escalate insights, feedback, and trends to the wider team
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
Support the rollout of brand, influencer, and paid campaigns from a strong organic-first perspective
Analyse content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
Continuously refine formats, cadence, and creative direction based on data and performance
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience
in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred)
Strong understanding of
Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
Proven ability to
create and edit engaging video content
Excellent copywriting skills with a natural, human, and brand-appropriate tone
Confidence using tools such as
Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Canva
, or similar
Experience working with
influencers or creators
A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and an organised, proactive mindset
Ability to balance
creativity with structure, deadlines, and commercial priorities
Genuine passion for beauty, wellness, storytelling, and content
Availability to attend events during weekend (sporadically)
English mother tongue
age engaging content (videos, photos, graphics) tailored for Instagram and TikTok.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a results-driven strategy that increases our online presence, followers, and engagement.
Community Management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community.
Trend Analysis:
Stay up to date with trends and viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and leverage them to boost brand awareness.
Performance Monitoring:
Track performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and adjust strategies to maximize growth and engagement.
Collaborations:
Work with influencers and other wellness brands to drive social campaigns.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for brands.
Strong content creation skills (video editing, graphic design, and copywriting).
Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
Excellent communication and community management skills.
Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
