Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise future content. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach. Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep our organisation at the forefront of industry developments. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or reviews constructively. Organise promotional campaigns, competitions, and collaborations to increase engagement and followers.

Skills



Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences. Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital platforms. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar software. Analytical skills to interpret data from social media analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative flair with an eye for visual design and storytelling. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
