We are seeking an accomplished and imaginative
Social Media Manager

Role Overview
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive strategy across all social platforms. Your work will directly influence our brand identity, customer engagement, and market reach. You will act as both strategist and storyteller, ensuring that BodyView's digital presence is consistent, informative, and inspiring.
Key Responsibilities
Devise and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy in alignment with the company's broader marketing goals
Manage and grow BodyView's presence on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and others as appropriate
Create and publish engaging, visually compelling content (including short-form video, imagery, and written posts)
Collaborate with internal teams to craft authentic narratives around client experiences, service offerings, and brand values
Monitor online interactions and actively engage with the community to nurture positive relationships
Analyse data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adapt strategy accordingly
Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and algorithm changes relevant to social media and the health & wellness sector
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management.
Demonstrable skill in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
Proficient in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
In-depth understanding of platform-specific trends and audience behaviours
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors
Desirable (but not essential)
Familiarity with paid social advertising
Basic graphic design or video editing experience
A personal or professional interest in health, fitness, or medical technology
