Social Media Manager
to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, including

(a network of 100+ health clubs in the UK) , the
Maritime Training Academy
, a leading provider of online maritime training and
Drydock

PCE
two B2B technical magazines which cover the ship repair and industrial coatings sectors respectively.
You will be responsible for planning, managing and reporting on multi-platform social media strategies that engage audiences, support business objectives, and reflect brand values across very different sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and implement social media calendars for 3d Leisure's network of health clubs, ensuring local and national relevance.
Manage paid quarterly campaigns for 3d's network of Clubs through Facebook and Instagram
Coordinate paid campaigns for 3d's corporate LinkedIn account and ongoing keep it updated with news articles.
Hold online training sessions for Health Club staff to better equip them for managing their own accounts.
Support the Maritime Training Academy and the business to business technical magazines Drydock and Protective Coatings Expert with social media content.
Use scheduling software (e.g.
Buffer
,
Hootsuite
) to plan and monitor content.
Write clear, engaging copy aligned to each client's brand tone and target audience.
Track performance metrics, produce monthly analytics reports, and suggest improvements.
Assist in wider marketing activities including
email marketing
,
copywriting
,
SEO
, and
PPC
campaigns.
Liaise directly with clients, account managers, and internal creative teams to ensure content consistency and strategy alignment.
About You
Proven experience in a social media executive / management role, ideally across multiple brands or sectors.
Confident using scheduling and analytics tools such as
Hootsuite
,
Buffer
, or similar.
Strong writing and content creation skills, with attention to brand voice and tone.
Understanding of SEO principles, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic PPC strategy.
Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable switching between very different subject.
A flexible, creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for basic design tasks.
Understanding of digital marketing funnels and campaign performance metrics.
