Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative
Social Media Manager
to lead the content management and engagement across:

Al-Wahab Tours
Mufti Abdul Wahab
's personal social media channels
You'll be responsible for content scheduling, audience engagement, managing visual aesthetics, and helping generate fresh ideas that resonate. This is a
part-time hybrid role
, with
two days per week required in our London office (HA2 7LU)
. Occasional in-person filming may be required within London, but
regular travel is not expected
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content for all three brands
Schedule and publish regular content, including reels, shorts, posts, and stories
Maintain a consistent, on-brand visual aesthetic across all profiles
Work with a content writer to refine messaging and captions
Attend local filming sessions when needed (London-based only)
Actively engage with followers: reply to comments, messages, and foster community interaction
Stay on top of social media trends, Islamic content, and digital engagement strategies
Contribute ideas for campaigns, reels, stories, and viral content formats
Monitor analytics to inform strategy and maximise performance
Requirements
Fluent
English
with
strong written communication skills
Conversational Urdu
Minimum 1 year of social media management experience
Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube algorithms and trends
Strong
eye for aesthetics
, design, and content presentation
Confident with community management and audience engagement
Organised, creative, proactive and able to work independently
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
Experience with charities, Islamic organisations, or purpose-led brands
Familiarity with tools like Metricool, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, or basic video editing apps
