We're looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Social Media Manager across Instagram and TikTok for our growing fashion and lifestyle brand. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands visual storytelling, and can confidently bring a brand to life through authentic, engaging, and on-trend content.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and growing our presence across Instagram and TikTok Creating and executing social media strategies and content calendars Producing UGC-style videos (you must be comfortable both filming and appearing in front of the camera) Directing and editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) Telling a cohesive brand story through visuals, captions, and content sequencing Engaging with our community and staying on top of trends Contributing creative ideas for launches, campaigns, and storytelling themes

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

Are confident behind and in front of the camera Have strong creative direction and an editorial eye Are highly visual and have experience with visual storytelling Have experience creating content for fashion or lifestyle brands (bonus if you've worked in fashion) Understand what makes people stop scrolling - and take action Are self-motivated, organised, and always bringing fresh, bold ideas to the table

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and growing social platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok Strong video editing and content creation skills Portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating your creativity and storytelling ability Familiarity with trends, fashion content, and brand tone of voice Able to commit to regular posting and content creation

Bonus Points:

Experience working with fashion brands Graphic design skills or ability to create compelling social assets
