creative and results-driven Social Media Manager

to take full ownership of our online presence and help grow our brand.

Job Overview

This is an exciting in-house role for someone with a strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and digital marketing in the

hospitality or restaurant industry

. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our platforms, running paid ads, and turning followers into loyal diners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Create original content including Reels, Stories, photos, videos, and graphics Plan and execute engaging campaigns, promotions, and competitions Respond to DMs and comments, handle booking enquiries via social platforms Keep content fresh, aligned with current trends, seasons, and events Run and optimise paid ads to boost reach and bookings Work with the restaurant team to highlight special dishes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Track performance, growth, and engagement across platforms Propose and implement new ideas to grow our audience and online impact

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing social media for a restaurant, hospitality brand, or similar Strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and content planning Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar Knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and analytics Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and brand consistency Self-motivated and organised - able to manage time and plan content independently Familiarity with Turkish cuisine or food culture is a plus, but not essential
