We're hiring a Social Media Manager at a growing private dental brand in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone bursting with fresh ideas, creative energy, and a natural ability to build real connections - both online and face-to-face.

What you'll do:

Develop and lead creative strategies to grow and engage audiences, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok Plan, shoot, edit, and post Reels, Stories, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes moments that bring the practice's personality to life Spot and act on trends - and create content that's fresh, fun, and unique to dentistry Respond to DMs and comments, and turn online followers into patients Refine your strategies based on data to hit growth and engagement goals Create briefs and collaborate with videographers Create and produce standout iPhone content

What we're looking for:

2+ years managing social media for a brand (bonus if it's healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle) Strong video editing skills and a knack for creating scroll-stopping content A natural communicator who is warm, friendly, and confident in building rapport with followers and patients Creative and proactive - full of ideas, quick to spot opportunities, and ready to take the lead Organised and reliable, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Someone who loves storytelling through video and creating content that connects
