What We're Looking For This role is ideal for a creative individual with a solid understanding of social media and a proven track record in creating and executing successful ad campaigns. Experience in the media and podcasting industry is highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing As a Social Media Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Operations and Business Development team to develop and execute a strategic social media plan and engaging campaigns to drive engagement and achieve our launch and growth targets. You'll serve as our liaison with external marketing agencies and take charge of our overall campaign across digital and traditional advertising. Additionally, you'll participate in team meetings and discussions to contribute to the project's success.

Job Duties:

Creation, development, and implementation of our strategic social media plan Creation, organization, and execution of a series of social media campaigns Conducting market research & analysis Collaboration with copywriters to shape tone, style, and delivery of social media content In-house point of contact for audience research (including polling, surveys, & focus groups) Assisting operations and business development teams with projects and event planning Coordinating ad campaigns with the social media team Proposing new ideas & concepts Reporting on & analyzing audience data/demographics & campaign success
Highly Desirable:

Ability to create dynamic written, graphic, & video content

Experience, Skills & Qualifications (Required):

Minimum 2 years' work experience in social media as a strategist or manager; demonstrable experience & success with social media campaigns & strategic planning BSc in Marketing or Communications or similar/equivalent Creative and adaptable, comfortable generating and iterating ideas for social media campaigns Familiarity with Google Ads Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) Excellent and fast computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Apple computers & native software, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar). Highly organized, with effective time-management and self-scheduling abilities Able to handle the requirements of an evolving role and situational / organizational changes Detail-oriented, able to keep abreast of professional, technological, and working practice changes UK Right to Work - Passport / VISA / BRP
