We're looking for a talented and confident social media marketer to join Flo Social - a dedicated division of Flo Marketing that manages social media for over a dozen kitchen, bathroom and home-improvement brands across the UK.
This is a maternity cover position offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in January 2026.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships, creating high-quality social media content, and supporting our clients in achieving measurable results. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity for this position to become permanent.

Speaks confidently with business owners and clients
Has an eye for detail and understands the numbers behind performance
Can track, report, test, and analyse campaigns
Brings creativity, structure and a positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
Experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and content planning
Proficiency with platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Google Business
Confidence using AI-led tools to improve workflow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
A degree in marketing, business, or related discipline is desirable
Experience in the Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom (KBB) sector is advantageous but not essential
