Duties

Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Manage online reputation by addressing feedback and fostering positive community interactions.
Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.
Coordinate with graphic designers or content creators to produce visual assets that enhance posts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
