Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations to effectively communicate our message and foster community engagement.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing relationships with media outlets.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
