We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team and guide the development and execution of our organic social media strategy. Your mission? To grow our social following, increase brand awareness, and produce meaningful engagement across all platforms.

What you will be doing:

  • As Social Media Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the voice of online. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and delivering a comprehensive social media strategy to grow followers, boost engagement, and support sales
  • Developing and managing a content calendar that delivers a mix of engaging formats and brand messaging
  • Owning and running all organic social activity across platforms (including planning, copywriting, and scheduling)
  • Creating thumb-stopping content that aligns with audience interests, trends, and platform best practices
  • Monitoring competitors and social trends to keep us ahead of the curve
  • Partnering with agencies and creators to produce content and run effective campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities for collaborations, competitions, and campaigns leading to reach and engagement
  • Regularly reporting on performance and ROI using social media analytics tools
  • Managing and responding to customer comments and feedback across channels
  • Leading influencer strategy aligned to brand priorities and KPIs
  • Working cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Creative, and PR to execute coordinated campaigns
