Your Mission



We're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who can turn everyday moments at our clinics -- patient transformations, team culture, behind-the-scenes stories -- into compelling, high-converting video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.

Your goal? Make our dentists and team members the faces of modern dentistry, and inspire new patients to trust us with their smiles.

What You'll Do



Work with dentists, nurses, and patients to capture real, authentic content from our clinics Produce short-form, scroll-stopping videos for Instagram, TikTok, Meta and YouTube Shorts Script and edit videos that explain treatments simply and emotionally connect with viewers Test, learn, and refine content to drive bookings, awareness, and trust Stay on top of trends in health, beauty, and wellness marketing Create localised content that resonates in the communities we serve Analyse video performance and use insights to inform future creative Build a growing library of assets to support both organic and paid campaigns You will be required to travel between the practices located in the Midlands and the Kent area on a weekly basis

Requirements



We're looking for someone who's curious, ambitious, and wants to help bring positive energy to healthcare. You should have:

A proven track record creating high-performing video content (TikTok, Instagram, or Meta) Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) Understanding of what makes content go viral or drive conversions Creative instincts and an eye for clean, premium-looking visuals Experience working with creators, influencers, or client-facing teams Bonus: experience in beauty, healthcare, or wellness-related content Comfortable working on-site in our clinics a few days a week to capture content Clear communicator who can work fast, test quickly, and think commercially

This role requires on-site presence at our practices in Rugby, Dartford, and Gravesend, Monday to Friday.


You will be expected to work a total of 37 hours per week. Your permanent base will be the Rugby practice, with regular travel to Dartford and Gravesend as part of your duties.
All travel expenses between Rugby and the other locations will be fully covered.

In addition, you may be required to work occasional evenings and Saturdays to capture content at special events and open days.
