We recently launched a fresh new brand proposition, a new look and an ambitious marketing strategy and we're now searching for a smart and creative

Social Media Manager

to join our small team at our Head Office in Stoke on Trent. This is a rare opportunity to take our organic social content to the next level through a bold channel and content strategy, championing awareness of varicose vein treatments that change lives.

What you'll need



You will ideally have 3-5 years' experience owning organic social media for a consumer brand (ideally in health, beauty, wellness, or another customer experience category). Proven track record of delivering growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Experience working with influencers and planning campaigns end-to-end is desirable. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex messages and make them engaging. Comfortable reviewing and presenting insights, spotting trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly. An ideas person! Highly organised and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and within a small team. Happy to travel to our 40+ clinics nationwide (expensed). Clear, confident communicator. A balanced creative and analytical mindset, you will love coming up with ideas as well as interpreting data and using it to shape future decisions. Self-starter who thrives in a small, agile team and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Commercially aware, and genuinely interested in helping people through clear, timely communication. Happy to step outside the role to support others. A collaborator. Bright, positive, can-do, energetic and a joy to work with!
