You'll ensure that we are always proactive in our creative suggestions, pushing boundaries to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries.
In addition to managing client projects, you will also be responsible for JE Consulting's own social media channels. Your goal will be to ensure that we lead by example, growing our social following and attracting decision-makers and influencers in our key markets to engage with our content and follow our account.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a small, talented social media team - reviewing work, offering guidance, and helping them grow their skills.
Act as a strategic partner to clients - proactively suggesting ideas, attending meetings, and building relationships that feel more like partnerships than projects.
Drive creativity - from clever post copy to bold video content and scroll-stopping carousels, you'll lead on creative direction and campaign ideas.
Oversee and improve JE Consulting's own social channels - positioning us as a creative and commercial leader in marketing.
Collaborate across the agency - bringing together designers, developers, copywriters and digital experts to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
Key Skills
2+ years in a social media role (agency experience preferred), with demonstrable experience managing client accounts.
Experience across a range of platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, X) and how to tailor content accordingly.
Organised and efficient - with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, team workflows, and client demands.
Hands-on skills with Canva (essential), and bonus points for familiarity with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Synthesia, or similar.
