We are seeking a

dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager

to lead and deliver our marketing strategy across a growing group of independent restaurants. Based at our head office in Weston-super-Mare, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand identity of a vibrant hospitality group and drive real growth through strategic and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and brand values. Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content, regular posting, and community interaction. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and seasonal offers. Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including menus, posters, flyers, and digital content. Collaborate with restaurant managers to support site-specific marketing needs and events. Monitor and analyse performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, footfall trends) to guide strategy. connect with influencers, and local press to explore opportunities. Stay up to date on local competition, industry trends, and digital best practices.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or retail. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and a keen eye for visual content. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required).
