Responsibilities

Support the company's presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest -- ensuring content is aligned with business goals and branding. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create engaging posts that include strong visuals (graphics, images, video) and well-written captions. Keep up to date with current trends in social media and suggest ways to adapt them to the business. Attend monthly Sales & Marketing meetings to share updates, reflect on performance, and contribute ideas for future content. Assist in preparing quarterly social media content plans in advance for team discussion and feedback. Respond to interactions on social media in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner. Help coordinate marketing projects and campaigns, including assisting with research, supplier/customer communication, and publicity tasks. Flag any social media feedback (positive or negative) to the wider team to help inform future strategies.

Skills

A genuine interest in social media marketing and how it supports business development Fluency in design tools and video editing for creating digital content Familiarity with key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable engaging with customers and suppliers by phone, email, or in person A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals Self-motivated with good time management and attention to detail Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities when needed

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
