Job Description

We are launching a new and exciting digital product brand focused on AI tools and training. We're looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Marketer to help us grow fast using both organic social media content and paid advertising.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and who is comfortable learning and working in a fast-paced online business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing (Organic)

Create and post short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Follow and implement viral trends, hooks, and formats Write captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action Track engagement and report performance
Paid Advertising

Launch and manage ads on TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Monitor key metrics such as click-through rate, conversions, and return on ad spend A/B test headlines, creatives, and audiences Make improvements based on ad performance data
General Support

Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to align with product launch campaigns Submit short weekly reports on content and ad performance Contribute creative ideas to improve visibility and sales

Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience with social media content or paid ads Confident using TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Familiar with editing tools like

Canva

CapCut

, or

InShot

Good understanding of how social media trends and ad creatives work Comfortable learning platforms such as Systeme.io or MailerLite Highly reliable, proactive, and deadline-driven
