Freelance Content Creator & Digital Marketing Executive
to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for storytelling through content. You will be responsible for producing engaging digital content, editing videos, conducting interviews, and executing strategic social media campaigns to grow our brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content across platforms (video, text, image).
Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to craft compelling brand stories.
Video Production & Editing
Shoot and edit short- and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
Create reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and branded content.
Ensure videos are optimized for each platform and meet quality standards.
Interviews & On-Camera Hosting
Conduct and film interviews with clients, customers, influencers, or internal team members.
Act as an on-camera host (if comfortable), or assist in scripting and directing talent.
Capture insightful soundbites that enhance content narratives.
Social Media Marketing
Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies.
Engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster brand loyalty.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist with email marketing, content scheduling, and analytics reporting.
Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct interviews and guide storytelling sessions.
Self-motivated, creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in marketing, communications, film, journalism, or related field.
Portfolio of prior work (videos, content campaigns, interviews, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategy.
