Responsibilities
Develop, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategies to increase audience engagement.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise results.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital channels.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
Organised with strong attention.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform-specific insights to measure campaign success.
