Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and create content for this up and coming, dynamic fast food brand.

Duties

Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn. Manage daily social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build a vibrant online community. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise content performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader organisational goals. Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices in public relations.

Qualifications

Understading the culture of the brand and being able to preject that onto social media in an engaging manner is key to this role. Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences. Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from social media analytics. Organised and self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Some experience in social media management or digital marketing roles preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
