The Role
We're looking for a
creative and confident Social Media Marketing Executive
who is happy to be hands-on during the setup phase and comfortable being part of the face of the brand.
You'll play a key role in preparing our social platforms for launch, assisting with website content, and helping drive engagement through both planned content and
live video marketing
.
Key Responsibilities
Create, plan, and schedule content across
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
, and other platforms
Assist during the development phase, including
uploading competitions and prizes to the website
Help shape our launch strategy and pre-launch hype
Appear in or host
Instagram Live and Facebook Live videos
(product/prize showcases, winner announcements, promotions)
Grow followers and engagement organically
Support and manage paid social ads where required
Engage with comments and messages to build trust and community
Track performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and ticket sales
What We're Looking For
Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal growth examples welcome)
Confident, comfortable on camera, and happy to be involved in live content
Strong understanding of social media trends, especially short-form video
Creative mindset with strong caption writing and calls to action
Organised and proactive, with the ability to adapt in a startup environment
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with competitions, raffles, or e-commerce platforms
Basic website or CMS experience (uploading products/prizes)
Video editing or design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Influencer outreach or collaboration experience
