Our mission? To inspire creativity, build community, and deliver content that people love to engage with. Now we're looking for a talented Influencer and Social Media Marketing Executive to help take our brand to the next level.

About the Role

Do you love social media? Are you someone who can spot a trend before it takes off? Do you enjoy creating content that connects, converts, and gets shared? If you're also into crafting (or just have a genuine interest in it), this could be your perfect role.

As our Influencer and Social Media Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to grow our online presence, manage influencer collaborations, and create standout content that builds community and drives traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver social media and influencer campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and more Identify and manage influencer partnerships, both gifted and paid Create engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics tailored for each platform Grow and manage our online community, especially via our Facebook Group "Crafts by Busy Fingers" Track content performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement Stay up to date with platform trends, tools and best practices Schedule content using planning tools like Plannable Support with campaign briefs, reporting and day-to-day influencer communication

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for social media and an understanding of what makes content go viral Interest in crafts, DIY, or the creative space Strong written and visual storytelling skills Experience creating content across different formats and platforms Organised, detail-oriented and confident working to deadlines 1 year + experience in a social media or influencer marketing role

We are based in Harlow, Essex and we are not close to public transport, so you will need to have your own transport.

Days/hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am - 4.45pm
