Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion
Respond to inbound leads via email, phone, or social media with urgency and professionalism.
Understand client needs and confidently pitch relevant services and packages.
Guide prospects through the sales funnel and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Track, manage, and report on pipeline activity using CRM tools.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale.
Provide timely updates, check-ins, and reports to keep clients informed and confident.
Resolve issues, questions, or concerns quickly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of promised services.
Social Media Support
Use social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to support lead nurturing and client communication.
Share client wins, testimonials, and relevant updates to build brand trust and visibility.
Monitor inboxes and DMs for potential leads and client queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or customer success role.
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets in a service-based business.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills--both written and verbal.
Confident in handling objections, solving problems, and closing deals.
Comfortable using CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and basic social media management tools.
Organised, proactive, and highly responsive.
Nice to Have
Background in marketing, creative services, or digital agencies.
Experience managing social media for a brand or personal business.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
