Location: Office Based Hours: Part-Time (with potential to grow)

Surfanic is on the move -- and we're ready to carve out our space in the social media landscape. We're looking for a dynamic, creative, strategic, snow-loving Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the charge across all platforms.

You'll be our first dedicated social media hire, so this is a chance to shape the strategy from the ground up. From crafting content, planning promotional calendars, to launching campaigns, you'll be the voice of the Surfanic socials -- playful, premium, and full of mountain spirit.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a multi-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn ) Create engaging, on-brand content that speaks to our audience of adventure-seekers and outdoor enthusiasts Monitor performance, analyse data, and iterate to grow reach and engagement Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align messaging and seasonal campaigns Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach -- you can plan and post Enthusiasm in spades -- we're looking for someone who's excited to build something new Bonus points if you've got a soft spot for snow sports or outdoor adventure
