We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Marketing Manager who is passionate about social media and understands the wedding and fashion industries inside out. The ideal candidate will not only have a proven track record in creating and executing successful social media strategies but will also bring deep knowledge of how to engage and convert our target audience into loyal customers. You will be responsible for leading our social marketing efforts, building a strong brand presence, and driving qualified leads by leveraging your industry expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
Design and develop ads campaigns (e.g., Google, Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, etc.).
Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed to improve performance.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Proactively identify new growth opportunities and ensure we remain competitive in the digital space.
Foster strong relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and brand ambassadors to amplify our message.
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the brand.
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members to engage with the brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail- and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrate exceptional creativity and passion in creating visual designs tailored to the target market.
- Execute social media campaigns by crafting engaging posts and creating compelling visuals to promote the company.
- Fulfill all graphic design needs to enhance the visual appeal of the website.
- Capture and edit product photographs for our online shop.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Social Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
