Responsibilities

Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement metrics to inform future strategies. Collaborate with the public relations team to align social media messaging with broader communications initiatives. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or a similar role is essential. Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail in content creation. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices is highly desirable.
