Duties
Develop, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity
Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews
Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align messaging and maximise outreach
Plan and execute social media campaigns that support organisational goals and initiatives
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations
Manage scheduling tools to ensure timely posting of content across platforms
Assist in managing online reputation by addressing any negative feedback professionally
Experience
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate or organisational setting
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences
Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or similar platforms
Ability to analyse data from social media analytics tools to inform strategy development
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
