We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, enhancing our brand visibility, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management and public relations to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective. Respond promptly to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive community around our brand.

Qualifications

Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and inform strategy adjustments.
