We are seeking a
Gaming New Media Matrix Operations Specialist
to manage our gaming-related short video accounts and multi-platform new media presence. This role involves content planning, account setup, and execution of promotional strategies to drive user growth and market share. You will leverage data analysis to optimize content and campaign performance, continuously improving user retention and conversion rates. Your work will include creating viral content to boost engagement and brand influence while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to achieve operational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Short Video Account Management
: Oversee short video accounts on platforms like TikTok, handling initial planning, account setup, topic selection, scriptwriting, video distribution, fan engagement, activity planning, and promotion.
Market Expansion & Data Optimization
: Collaborate with marketing and content partners to scale user acquisition, increase market share, and enhance data performance in acquisition efforts.
Cross-Team Collaboration
: Work with product, operations, and development teams to optimize user acquisition efficiency, retention, and paid conversion rates, driving overall project performance.
Content Creation & Trend Awareness
: Stay updated on new media platform trends, creating high-quality content aligned with game features to boost fan engagement and loyalty.
Content Analysis & Optimization
: Regularly review viral content and propose optimization strategies to continuously improve content quality and impact.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of new media operations experience; a degree in literature or related fields is preferred. Proven successful cases are a plus.
Proficient in independently managing platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, TikTok, and Kuaishou, with strong familiarity with international platforms like Facebook, X, Telegram, and Discord, as well as expertise in Facebook and Google Ads.
Ability to independently plan and execute new media strategies and activities.
Responsible for daily content creation, planning, publishing, updating, and management of new media platforms, with the ability to develop and maintain multiple social media channels.
Skilled in account performance data analysis, providing effective operational recommendations to enhance fan engagement and activity.
Manage the company's multi-platform media matrix, develop user acquisition strategies, track and analyze promotional content performance, and study user behavior patterns.
Familiar with mobile game publishing processes and proficient in Android and Apple backend operations.

Base Salary: 25,000-32,000/year
