About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, organised

Project Manager

to oversee the planning, delivery, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple clients. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, workflows, and communication between internal teams - particularly a group of Social Media Managers - to ensure content and campaigns go out on time and to spec.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and can lead teams without micromanaging. You won't be creating content - you'll be managing the people and processes that make it happen.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end management of social media projects across multiple clients Create and maintain timelines, task lists, and schedules using project management tools Oversee a team of Social Media Managers - providing structure, support, and accountability Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and align with client goals Serve as the main point of contact for internal project updates and progress tracking Flag risks or delays early and troubleshoot issues as they come up Coordinate with content creators, designers, and clients when needed to keep workflows smooth Conduct regular check-ins and lead short stand-up meetings to maintain momentum

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and time-management skills Experience managing people and creative workflows, ideally in a digital or social media setting Clear communicator - both written and verbal Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and focused on delivery A good understanding of how social media campaigns are structured and run Ability to handle multiple projects without dropping the ball
