The Role

As a Social Media Sales Assistant, you will:

Support the team in promoting our products and services across social media platforms Engage with potential customers through social channels to generate leads and drive sales Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content that highlights our digital offerings Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to help refine our sales strategies Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns and maximize impact

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer engagement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Experience with social media tools and analytics is a plus Flexible availability for part-time hours
