Location: Hull (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its clients Adult Hospital Discharge Team based in Hull.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Experienced Hospital Social Worker required
- Must be able to travel to Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospitals
- Involves supporting hospital discharges and related adult social care duties
- Prior hospital social work experience essential
- Great rate of pay 35 per hour
- Flexible and hybrid working to support work-life balance

To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
