• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of protection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the specific needs of each child and family.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals, including teachers, medical personnel, and law enforcement.
• Advocate for the best interests of children within the legal and social service systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to families, promoting positive parenting practices and family stability.
• Participate in regular case reviews and supervision meetings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in child protection.

Requirements
We're looking for you, if:

• You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, LCSW).
• You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in child protection or a similar field.
• You have a deep understanding of child welfare legislation and policies.
• You are proficient in conducting child protection assessments and developing care plans.
• You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage a demanding workload.
• You demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to child welfare.
• Experience with CIN cases is highly advantageous.
